1. How do I book a personalised consultation?
Visit the INSIGHT page, or contact us by email. It is recommended to have an email consultation or proper online consultation prior to ordering items.
2. How do I choose and order products?
Contact us by email. Explore the INSIGHT page first. If you are sure about what you want to order, simply click 'Add to Cart' and make your payment. Orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours.
Make sure to provide, along with your correct shipping details, your correct hand/ arm circumference or other applicable measurements/ sizes/ requirements. Either provide this in the order, or send it by email immediately afterwards.
3. Is it legit & safe to order?
All our services and items are backed by our guarantees of authenticity and reliability. Payments are mediated through PayPal, and we do not have access to your card details at any time, nor do we keep any of your personal information unless you would like to be added to the newsletter. SIDDHAPOWER is a part of Siddhanta Yoga Academy. We are a not-for-profit organisation, not motivated by money or transitory gains but unconditional spirituality and a genuine dedication to the authentic path. All items are ISO-certified. Our partners are not only one of the oldest and most reliable suppliers of spiritual items, they are also of genuine spiritual dedication, too.
4. How do I pay?
Secure payments can be made with any credit card via PayPal or with your PayPal balance.
5. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
Shipping is worldwide with few exceptions. We use the most efficient shipping methods (DHL or Fedex), and items ship out in 3 to 7 business days. Tracking is provided once they ship.
6. What is the Return Policy?
We offer refunds or exchanges on purchases in limited circumstances, if:
a. products are returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to the client.
b. in our fair opinion, there is a good reason, provided in email along with a picture of the condition of the item.
For returns, send an email, and we will guide you from there. All return shipping expenses are on the client. After the product has been sent back to us and inspected, we will refund your paid fees or honour a credit.
7. Can I order for a friend/ family member?
Yes, however it is recommended to consult with us prior to the order. You can then provide your friend/ family member's address. If it's for a special occasion, make sure you oder at least 10 business days prior to the date in question and/or make a special note of the urgency (provide us with the specific date). If you need special gift packaging, specify in the notes on checkout.
